Onboarding Process
To complete your contract renewal, please follow these steps:
STEP 1
Sign the pre-filled renewal form, which will be uploaded to the portal once you confirm.
STEP 2
Pay the annual renewal fee as discussed with your renewal agent.
Note
Please let us know if you will use an international card (a 3.5% network charge will apply). The invoice and payment link will be sent to you once this detail is confirmed.
You will receive email notifications from the online portal with instructions and guidance throughout the process.
